ScalexDevs provides software development, consulting, and design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and costs of any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or contract agreed upon by both parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment for our services, all intellectual property rights in the custom software code written specifically for you shall be transferred to you. ScalexDevs retains rights to any pre-existing code, libraries, or frameworks used.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ScalexDevs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes before they take effect.
